                  September is coming soon. I am writing this for the whole month of
                  September. 
                  The full moon is on Wednesday the 13th. 
                  Color: white for that day. 
                  Also, it's a Harvest Moon. 
                  Full moon EST eastern time 2:37 p.m. 

                  A Chant For The Month. 

                  Lakshmi, white as the inside of a lotus flower, 
                  you smile at us with tender care. 
                  We sing your praises, hour upon hour, and twine white blossoms in your
                  midnight hair. 

                  To Make An Herb Broom 

                  Collect handfuls of plants to use in a magic broom, such as: 
                  Yarrow Fruit tree sprigs 
                  Cedar Oak Sprigs 
                  Juniper Birch or ash sprigs 

                  Bundle plants and tie cut ends together. The bundle may be tied to a
                  branch if longer handle is desired. Use to sweep away negative influences.


                  Things To Do For The Harvest Full Moon 

                  Under the Harvest Moon make corn dollies while sipping home-brewed
                  mead or ale. 
                  Approach your next amorous tryst like the ancient Grecian courtesans:
                  Perfume your breath and body with violet. 
                  To follow a bountiful harvest, steep fragrant tea of 
                  dried rose hips served with local honey.
