Here are the "13 Principals" everyone talks about. The following site offers online courses in Wicca as well as some general information. I have never personally taken the courses, so I cannot vouch for their content. This is a nice site though, so check it out and see what you think. Find out more about W.A.R.D. The closest that I've found to a local group of Witches/Pagans to me would be the Midessa Pagans. Their site includes an elist for those of us in this part of West Texas.
