This page is intended to be a resource for all of us who revere our Mother Earth and her deities. This is a place where new and old alike can come to find sources of information and products to help them along their paths. This is a place where people on the various paths and our friends can come to look for good information on relevent topics. I will describe what you will find when you click on a particular link to help you sort through everything and find what you are really looking for. This is the kind of guide I wish I'd had when I was seeking information and like-minded people to communicate with. I know how frustrating it is to search and not be able to find the information that one is looking for. Knowledge is a noble quest, one that I hate to see thwarted by frustration. Because this site will be changing as time goes on, I hope you will bookmark it and check back often to see what's new. This website is arranged according to subject. The menu is at the top of each page. Some things are related, such as Wicca and Paganism, but each has its own separate page. Both the Events listings and Pagan Webcrafters pages may be of interest to those of you who want to build your own pages, but each has its own section. We also have a newsletter, Witchy News, written by Fizbop of Minnesota. Archives of past issues are available at the archives page. If you are looking for information on herbalism, please read the warning at the top of the page and check out the medical information that I have provided links to. You need to know what things can and cannot be taken together, and in what amounts. Also, there are links to medical information for women in the women's issues section. The page starts out on a political theme, but there are links to sources of useful medical information at the end of the page. I would like to remind everyone that they need to use good judgement when surfing the web for information. Don't believe everything that you see. I've done my best to find the most accurate information to link to on my site, but I cannot garauntee that everyone else's information is 100% accurate all the time. I advise you to use multiple resources in your quest for learning. The internet is a great resource for information. That doesn't mean that you should not also read books and talk to real people. Also, beware of cults, no matter what path you follow. If someone is asking you to give them a lot of money, or to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, they probably do not have your best interests at heart. Even reputable groups may not be right for you as an individual. If it doesn't seem right to you, it isn't right for you. However, the Pagan community in general is a wonderful group of caring and helpful people. We strive to make ourselves and the world that we live in better. I've met a lot of great members of the Pagan community, both online and off. Welcome to our world. Updated Feb. 3, 2001 at 4:20 p.m. |
