Go to Witchvox Here is the site where you can find the PRINCIPALS OF WICCAN BELIEF, as adopted by the Council of American Witches in April of 1974, as well as other information and current events. Here are the "13 Principals" everyone talks about. The following site offers online courses in Wicca as well as some general information. I have never personally taken the courses, so I cannot vouch for their content. This is a nice site though, so check it out and see what you think. Find out more about W.A.R.D. The closest that I've found to a local group of Witches/Pagans to me would be the Midessa Pagans. Their site includes an elist for those of us in this part of West Texas. It is a magazine published quarterly by Blessed Bee, Inc. and is a member of the Wiccan/Pagan Press Alliance. The articles are both informative and uplifting.
